This Privacy Policy explains how the citizens’ association Zdravi da smo processes information through its website and application.
1. Information we process
Through the contact form, we may receive your full name, phone number, email address, preferred location and service, and the content of your message. Depending on the user role and available features, the application may process a name, email address, account role, group membership, attendance confirmations, membership status and administrative information related to membership.
Please do not send complete medical reports or other highly sensitive information through the initial contact form.
2. Why we use information
- to respond to inquiries and arrange appointments,
- to provide access to the application,
- to organise groups, classes and attendance records,
- to administer membership and communicate with users,
- to maintain the security and reliability of the service.
3. Legal basis and consent
We process information when necessary to provide a requested service, communicate with a user, comply with legal obligations or on the basis of consent given through the form or relevant application feature.
4. Technical service providers
We use service providers that process information only as needed to provide their technical services:
- Netlify – website hosting and processing of messages submitted through the contact form;
- Supabase – authentication, database and application functionality.
We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
5. Access to information
Only authorised administrators and instructors have access, according to their roles and only to the extent necessary for club operations. Technical providers may process information under their contractual and security obligations.
6. Storage and security
We use technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections, authentication and role-based access. No system is completely risk-free, but access and processing are limited to what is reasonably necessary.
7. Retention
Information is kept while an account or membership is active, while an inquiry is being handled, or longer where required by law, accounting rules, security needs or legitimate administrative obligations. It is then deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion of your account and related information by emailing zdravidasmo@gmail.com. To protect your account, we may ask you to verify your identity.
Requests are handled without undue delay and normally within 30 days after identity verification. See Account and data deletion for detailed instructions.
9. Children’s information
The application is not intended for independent use by children without the knowledge of a parent or guardian. Where a service concerns a minor, information is processed with the appropriate consent of a parent, guardian or authorised representative.
10. Policy updates
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in functionality, service providers or applicable requirements. The current version and effective date are always published on this page.
