Chiropractic and manual approach

Chiropractic and manual therapy are an important part of our work. We connect them with kinesiology assessment, kinesiotherapy, physical procedures and education, so the treatment becomes part of a clear functional recovery plan.

Manual work with a clear purpose

We do not treat only the painful area – we look for the functional reason behind the limitation.

We assess joint mobility, soft-tissue tension, posture, breathing and movement patterns. Manual techniques are then adapted to the person, sensitivity and therapeutic goal.

The aim is to improve mobility, reduce unnecessary tension and prepare the body for targeted therapeutic exercise.

1. Assessment

We assess painful movement directions, mobility, posture, tissue sensitivity and functional limitations before choosing the technique.

2. Manual techniques

Carefully dosed mobilization, joint work and soft tissue techniques are adapted to the person and the goal.

3. Exercise connection

After manual work, targeted exercises help the body keep and control the improved movement.

Why we connect it with kinesiotherapy

Manual treatment can create better movement conditions, while kinesiotherapy helps maintain them. That is why we connect treatment with breathing, trunk stability, pelvic control, muscle activation and gradual loading.
