A user of the Zdravi da smo application may request deletion of an account and related information at any time.
How to submit a request
Email zdravidasmo@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request”.
Include:
- your full name,
- the email address linked to the account,
- a clear statement that you request deletion of the account and related information.
Identity verification
To protect users, we may ask for additional confirmation that the request comes from the account owner. Never send your password or complete identity documents.
What is deleted
After verification, information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised, including the profile, user role, group membership, attendance confirmations and other records related to use of the application.
What may be retained
A limited amount of information may be retained only where required by law, accounting obligations, security needs or legitimate administrative requirements. It will not be used for unrelated purposes and will be deleted after the required retention period.
Processing time
Requests are handled without undue delay and normally within 30 days after identity verification. You will receive an email confirmation when the process is complete.
